Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports building a strong team by observing interviews and tours.
• Builds a people-first culture through daily teammate connections.
• Plans 30 days out with leadership guidance for workforce and events.
• Leads by example to ensure brand standards and task prioritization.
• Assists store leadership with opening/closing, Front End, Cash Office, and compliance.
• Upholds merchandising standards and floor presentation.
• Trains teammates on procedures and programs, including onboarding.
• Maintains loss prevention standards and controls.
• Coaches teammates and reinforces the why behind tasks.
• Leads to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
