Qualifications

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Performs golf club repairs, including re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie adjustments.
• Performs club fitting and club performance modifications with fitting equipment.
• Provides product and service recommendations based on customer needs.
• Manages workflow for all customer services with defined turn-around times.
• Promotes Company programs (Warranty Sales, Scorecard, Private Label Credit Card).
• Manages golf service supply inventory and tracks shop usage.
• Completes, organizes, and stores all customers' work orders.
• Maintains a high level of customer service within the golf area.
• Upholds standards for merchandise presentation and inventory levels.
• Maintains recovery and cleanliness standards; follows safety and loss prevention policies.
• Supports the team across the store as needed.

• Performs golf club repairs, including but not limited to, re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie adjustments.
• Performs club fitting and club performance modifications through use of club fitting equipment.
• Provides product and service recommendations according to customer's needs.
• Manages workflow for all customer services including establishing turn-around times to meet customer's needs.
• Consistently promotes Company programs including Warranty Sales, Scorecard, Private Label Credit Card, etc.
• Manages golf service supply inventory by accurately tracking shop usage.
• Completes, organizes, and stores all customers' work orders.
• Provides a high level of customer service within the golf area.
• Upholds Company standards for merchandise presentation by ensuring that product is on the sales floor to proper inventory levels and is maintained to daily standards.
• Maintains and participates in all recovery and cleanliness standards.
• Adheres to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.
• Takes an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Targeted Pay Range: $18.50 - $25.50. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered.
