Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops in Kentucky is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across multiple areas including store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.

You will lead a team, manage processes, execute strategies to grow sales, monitor safety, and collaborate with leaders to ensure smooth operations and strong performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or c-store management.
• Experience supervising 5–10+ staff.
• Ability to manage budgets and P&L.
• Proven track record in driving sales and operations.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple business operations including store, fuel, restaurant, and truck care.
• Maintain a safe, clean facility and perform safety checks.
• Drive sales through inventory control and merchandising.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
