Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the Sales Center operations at Homes Direct of Alamosa, CO.
• Plans, develops and implements growth initiatives in line with corporate goals.
• Hire, train, and develop Sales Center staff for long-term productivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders, installers, and contractors.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and a pristine Sales Center appearance.
