Pilot Flying J is seeking a Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations in Council Bluffs, IA. You will develop and execute business plans to meet sales, profit, and customer satisfaction targets, while leading and developing a team to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires hands-on leadership, effective vendor relations, and the ability to drive sales and manage P&L. Flexibility for nights, days, weekends, and holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
