Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in retail/restaurant/service with P&L responsibility.
• Experience in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Willingness to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute travel center and restaurant business plans to meet standards, sales and profit objectives, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales and manage team members, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Provide strong customer service and lead staff training.
• Perform P&L analysis and budgeting across outlets.
