• Store Operations: manage the store to achieve growth and profit goals, report financial measures, manage inventory, ensure QC calls within 1 business day, protect assets, maintain vehicles, ensure bank deposits, price returns.
• Manage Associates: recruit, hire, train and develop the best team; schedule coverage.
• Customer Care and Service: close lease agreements with focus on customer relationships, manage renewals, authorize returns, execute customer programs and policies.
