Pay Class: Full Time

Pay: $58,656 - $70,768.35 per year

The Role:

A Visionworks General Manager (GM) is a leader of people and the business. This individual is business-savvy, proactive, and capable of managing profitability while ensuring a positive patient and customer experience from doctor appointment to eyewear pickup.

• Maximize store profitability while maintaining high-quality patient/customer experience by achieving financial and performance goals.
• Engage regularly with the Doctor to discuss business needs, team performance, and patient/customer satisfaction.
• Plan daily operations by managing traffic flow, doctor appointments, and eyewear services.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop store associates to ensure excellent service and operational excellence.
• Address and resolve issues impacting the patient/customer experience promptly.
• Oversee operational activities to meet financial and customer service objectives.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least three (3) years of related experience required.
• Optical management experience is preferred.
• Licensed GMs must hold a current State Opticians License.
