Job Description
Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. You will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to meet standards, sales, profit goals, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
You will also build, coach, manage, and develop teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training.
Additional Responsibilities:
Pay Range: $54,300 - $80,750 per year.
Qualifications:
Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
