Pay: $58,656 - $66,915.63

The Role

A Visionworks General Manager (GM) leads the store and team, focusing on profitability and a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include managing operations, team development, and ensuring a seamless patient journey from appointment to eyewear pickup.

• Maximize profitability while maintaining excellent customer service
• Engage with the doctor and team regularly
• Manage daily operations and scheduling
• Hire, train, and develop staff
• Resolve customer issues promptly
• Improve operational activities to meet financial and customer service goals

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 3 years of related experience
• Optical management experience preferred
• Licensed GMs must hold a current State Opticians License
