Pay:

$58,656 - $70,768.37 per year

The Role:

A Visionworks General Manager (GM) leads the team and manages store operations. This role requires a business-savvy, self-motivated leader who understands profitability and success drivers. The GM ensures a seamless, human, and bold patient and customer journey from doctor appointment to eyewear pickup.

  • Maximize store profitability while maintaining excellent patient/customer experience by meeting and exceeding financial and performance goals.
  • Engage regularly with the Doctor to discuss business needs, staff, and patient/customer experience.
  • Plan daily operations by managing traffic, doctor appointments, and eyewear services.
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop store associates to deliver excellent service.
  • Resolve obstacles in the patient/customer experience when needed.
  • Lead operational activities to meet financial and customer experience goals.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related experience required.
  • Optical management experience preferred.
  • Licensed GMs must hold a current State Opticians License.
