Job Description

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. The role involves developing and executing business plans for travel centers and restaurants to meet standards, sales, profit goals, and customer satisfaction.

The Retail General Manager will:

• Ensure customer expectations are met
• Conduct meetings with team members

You will also be responsible for building, coaching, managing, and developing teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training processes.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Driving sales growth
• Managing team members
• Performing P&L analysis

Starting pay ranges from $48,900 to $72,750 annually.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate exemplifies integrity and accountability at the management level, with strong team leadership skills. Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays is required.

Additional requirements include:

• 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or related service industry with financial responsibility
