Framebridge is seeking a Retail Full Time Keyholder in Boulder to lead store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will act as a trusted floor leader, manage opening/closing tasks, train new staff, and uphold Framebridge standards on service and craftsmanship.

The Role

We're seeking a Keyholder who will bring energy, leadership, and a customer-first attitude to our store team. As a trusted leader on the floor, you'll take on key-holding responsibilities while delivering the kind of experience that keeps customers coming back. This role reports to the Store Manager.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to perform the following physical tasks on a regular basis:

• Standing for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)
• Light lifting (up to 30 lbs) — carrying frames, supplies, or packaging materials
• Bending, reaching, and light physical movement as needed in a retail or production environment

Salary Information

The base range is $19.00 – $19.00 per hour, Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
