Winners Merchants International, L.P. is seeking a frontline leader to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and drive loyalty. You will mentor associates, manage register processes, and ensure coverage and merchandising standards on the sales floor.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to lift heavy items; retail supervisory experience is preferred. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule incl. evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without accommodations.
• Experience as a coordinator or retail/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a “Highly-Satisfied” customer experience and drives loyalty.
• Trains and mentors Associates on Policies and Procedures.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks to ensure coverage.
• Maintains cash controls and proper handling of money.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and communicates feedback to management.
• Maintains merchandising standards and front-line cleanliness.
• Adheres to labor laws, safety policies and company directives.
