Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and counts change as per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and participate in recovery as needed.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
