Job summary

Majors Management is hiring a Store Associate for the Richmond Heights, OH area. The role is onsite and involves providing excellent customer service, operating cash registers, restocking merchandise, and maintaining clean, well-displayed aisles.

You will assist customers with purchases, ensure accurate pricing, and uphold store standards in a fast-paced retail setting. Ideal candidates demonstrate a people-first attitude, strong communication, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
