Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big-box, or specialty retail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Train, develop, and coach direct reports to maximize sales results.

• Resolve issues and make informed decisions; oversee front-end operations for service excellence.
• Support Asset Protection initiatives to reduce shrink.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.

• Coordinate meal/break periods and monitor schedules.

Base Pay

$14.50 – $16.50 per hour.
