Job summary

Total Wine & More in Los Angeles seeks a friendly, customer-focused cashier to handle transactions and enhance the in-store experience. You may also assist as a sales associate or merchandiser as needed, reporting to store management.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and retail experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver personal service, greet customers, and promote loyalty programs.
• Build product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Cross-functional duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
