Job summary

Dollar Tree in North Wales, PA is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help create an inviting shopping experience. You will participate in daily store operations, merchandising, and front-end support as needed, with a friendly, customer-first approach.

You will handle receiving merchandise, stocking, cleaning, and cash register duties, while maintaining a safe, respectful environment for customers and teammates. This is a part-time role with opportunities to learn across store functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service experience in a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
