Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II in Broomfield, CO. You’ll support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers, and be cross-trained to cover the cash register and front-end duties.

The role requires a friendly, respectful demeanor, strong communication and problem‑solving skills, ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and reliable math for cash handling. This on‑site, part‑time position offers opportunities to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store customer service preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operating documents.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and perform frequent walking and standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms and keeping areas neat.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Managing sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
