Job summary

Total Wine & More seeks a friendly Cashier/Front End Team Member in Fort Lauderdale to process transactions accurately, assist customers, and promote loyalty programs. You’ll greet customers, answer questions, and maintain a clean, compliant store environment while learning product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training.

This role may include duties as a sales associate or merchandiser, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, and bagging products.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
