Job summary

Total Wine & More in Florida is seeking a friendly cashier to deliver fast, accurate service at the register, verify IDs when required, and promote our loyalty program. You will process transactions, answer questions, and ensure customers leave with a positive impression of their visit.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Must be 21+ due to alcohol sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Answer customer inquiries and promote loyalty program.
• Bag products and maintain a clean, organized checkout area.
• Greet customers and build relationships through personalized service.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and store policies and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations.
