Job summary

Total Wine & More in Raleigh, NC is seeking a front-end team member to process transactions, greet customers, and promote loyalty programs. The role may also involve as-needed duties as a sales associate or merchandiser.

You will report to store management and help ensure a positive visit for every customer. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1–3 years retail experience, and familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, and bagging products.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
