The Buckle is opening a brand new store at the North Georgia Premium Outlets in Dawsonville, GA this August. We will hire many new positions and begin interviews now to build a strong team for launch.

The Freight Coordinator will fulfill our mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests by handling freight receipt, shipping, backroom organization, and routine store maintenance. Candidates must be 18+, no prior experience required, and be prepared for a flexible schedule and

Qualifications

• No prior experience required for this entry-level role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive freight and store transfers.
• Create FedEx labels for shipments.
• Maintain shipment-related paperwork and inventory.
• Verify invoices against received items.
• Operate POS software and process transfers.
• Keep backroom and store organized and clean.
• Support floor teams and assist on floor projects.
