Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Freight Coordinator to fulfill the mission of creating a great guest shopping experience. You will handle receiving, unpacking, shipping merchandise, backroom maintenance, and facility cleaning as directed by store management.

The role offers a pay range of $14-$16 per hour with full-time teammate benefits including health, 401(k) with company match, HSA/FSAs, and paid time off. Flexibility to work mornings/evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: verify merchandise invoices, process alterations/layaways, check packing slips, ensure items match, prepare shipments for Guests.
• Visual Merchandise Management: remove pins, apply Sensormatic tags, hang and fold merchandise, assist on floor projects.
• Operations: maintain flexible schedule, learn POS software, receive freight, manage shipment paperwork, organize supplies and backroom, uphold policies and code of ethics.
