Job summary

Buckle in Ocala, FL is seeking a Freight Coordinator to support daily store operations and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will handle receiving shipments, unpacking, shipping merchandise, backroom maintenance, and routine cleaning, following store policies and safety guidelines.

This role requires flexibility (mornings, evenings, weekends) and basic POS knowledge. Training provided; 18+ required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill operating duties including receiving and unpacking shipments, shipping merchandise, backroom maintenance, and routine cleaning of facilities.
• Handle merchandise care: attach tags, fold, and prepare items for the sales floor.
• Manage freight paperwork, packing slips, and transfer/shipment processing through the register.
• Prepare FedEx labels and organize shipments by transit time; support recalls and RTV processes weekly.
