Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Ocala, FL is seeking a Freight Coordinator to support day-to-day store operations and fulfill the mission of creating an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will handle receiving and unpacking daily shipments, shipping merchandise, backroom upkeep, and routine cleaning, while collaborating with store management. This full-time role requires flexibility with schedules, basic knowledge of POS systems, and attention to detail in inventory and shipping tasks.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against received shipments and ensure accuracy.
• Ship merchandise to Guests and other stores, using FedEx as needed.
• Maintain backroom organization and keep shipment paperwork tidy.
• Support inventory control, transfers, and daily store operations.
