Buckle is seeking a part-time Freight Coordinator in the Lima, OH area to support receiving and shipping operations, backroom maintenance, and store cleanliness. You will verify shipments, prepare packages for guests, and assist on the sales floor with merchandising and customer service.

No prior experience is required; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs is needed, and the role may require weekend and holiday hours to meet store needs.

• No prior experience or training.

Responsabilités

• Verify merchandise invoices and received items match shipments.
• Send alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx.
• Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Double-check that transfers are processed through the register and match shipments.
• When shipping items, fold and box for proper presentation of product on unpacking.
• Remove pins and plastics from merchandise shipped in.
• Place Sensormatic tags on garments as designated.
• Hang and fold merchandise and steam when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of POS software and operate it as required.
• Receive freight boxes and store transfers through register.
• Maintain shipment-related paperwork and files for 30 days.
• Identify security risks and prevent theft where possible.
• Create FedEx labels and sort packages by transit time.
• Process recalls and RTVs weekly.
• Keep supplies stocked and organized (boxes, bags, paper, etc.).
• Organize fixtures and shelving and maintain a neat work area.
• Maintain daily work files and communicate policy violations to Management.
• Provide feedback regarding merchandise handling to managers.
