Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Freight Coordinator to help fulfill our guests' shopping experience by handling receiving, unpacking shipments, shipping merchandise, backroom upkeep, and routine store cleanliness. This role focuses on accurate freight processing and seamless logistics.

Responsibilities include verifying invoices, coordinating with FedEx for alterations or orders, and ensuring transfers and packing slips align with shipments.

Responsibilities

• Compare and verify merchandise invoices to items received to ensure shipments are correct.
• Send alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx.
• Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Double-check transfers are processed through the register and match items shipping out.
• When shipping items to Guests and other stores, fold items and place in appropriate box.
