Staffmark is hiring an experienced Forklift Driver for our logistics client in Perris, CA. This temporary opportunity offers competitive pay, a variety of available schedules to meet your work-life balance needs, and the chance to work with a company that values its employees and promotes a positive work environment!



Pay Rates and Schedules


Weekday Shifts (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday):



  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM + OT | $21.75/hour

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM + OT | $23.25/hour

  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM + OT | $23.75/hour


Weekend Shifts (Friday-Monday):



  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM + OT | $25.75/hour

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM + OT | $27.25/hour

  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM + OT | $27.75/hour



Position Overview


As a Forklift Driver, you will play a critical role in warehouse operations by safely operating powered industrial trucks to move products, equipment, and materials. This position requires experience with Cherry Pickers, Electric Pallet Jacks, and Sitdown Forklifts.





Key Responsibilities



  • Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials.

  • Use handheld scanners with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Perform inbound receiving processes and outbound shipping tasks.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to the 7S program.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety and process excellence.

Requirements



  • Experience: At least 1 year of recent experience operating Cherry Pickers, Electric Pallet Jacks, and Sitdown Forklifts.

  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and greater than 75 lbs occasionally. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, push, pull, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

  • Skills: Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial trucks, available to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime.
