What you'll be doing day to day

Your responsibilities include:

1. Contributing to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment.
2. Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy at the point of receipt.
3. Moving products to their final locations within storage or sales areas.
4. Replenishing sales space following visual merchandising guidelines with flexibility.
5. Selecting goods for customers within the agreed timeframe to ensure excellent service.
6. Certifying operation of powered mobile equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
7. Handling goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
8. Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools, including IT systems.
9. Fostering a workplace culture that embraces diversity and reflects the IKEA values.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment role.
• Certification in powered mobile equipment (e.g., forklift, electric pallet jack) preferred.

This role is classified as a Sensitive Position, requiring a background check and drug screening. The position is permanent, with 20-34 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
