What you'll be doing day to day
Your responsibilities include:
- Contributing to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment.
- Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy at the point of receipt.
- Moving products to their final locations within storage or sales areas.
- Replenishing sales space following visual merchandising guidelines with flexibility.
- Selecting goods for customers within the agreed timeframe to ensure excellent service.
- Certifying operation of powered mobile equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Handling goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
- Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools, including IT systems.
- Fostering a workplace culture that embraces diversity and reflects the IKEA values.
Qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment role.
• Certification in powered mobile equipment (e.g., forklift, electric pallet jack) preferred.

This role is classified as a Sensitive Position, requiring a background check and drug screening. The position is permanent, with 20-34 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. The pay range is $23.97-$32.80/hour, with schedules published monthly. The application deadline is approximately 5/18/25.
