What you'll be doing day to day
Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment. Responsibilities include:
- Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Moving products to final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
- Performing sales space replenishment following visual merchandising guidelines.
- Selecting goods for customers within the designated time to ensure excellent service.
- Certifying the operation of powered mobile equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Handling goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
- Using scanner equipment and inventory management systems.
- Fostering an environment that embraces IKEA's culture and diversity.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in high-volume warehousing or receiving/replenishment. Certification in at least one powered mobile equipment (e.g., forklift, electric pallet jack) is preferred.
