What you'll be doing day to day

Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders across different sales channels by ensuring an efficient product availability and replenishment process.

• Receiving inbound goods and ensuring inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.
• Moving products to their final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
• Performing sales space replenishment according to visual merchandising guidelines with flexibility.
• Picking goods for customers within the agreed time frame to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Handling goods—unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in/out, picking, and loading.
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools, including IT systems.
• Fostering an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces diversity among co-workers and customers.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment roles.
• Certification in at least one powered mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred.

Hours: 34 - 40 hours per week. Open availability required Monday - Sunday, 8AM - 10PM.

Salary: $22.77 - $32.50 / hr
