What you'll be doing day to day
- Contributing to fulfilling customer orders across different sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment.
- Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy at the point of receipt.
- Moving products to final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
- Performing sales space replenishment following visual merchandising guidelines with flexibility.
- Picking goods for customers within the agreed time frame to ensure excellent service.
- Certifying the operation of powered mobile equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Handling goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
- Operating scanner equipment and inventory management systems.
- Fostering an environment where IKEA's culture is vibrant and embraces diversity among co-workers and customers.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in high-volume warehouse operations or receiving/replenishment roles.
- Certification in at least one powered mobile equipment (e.g., forklift, electric pallet jack) is preferred.
