What you'll be doing day to day

1. Contributing to fulfilling customer orders across different sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment.
2. Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy at the point of receipt.
3. Moving products to final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
4. Performing sales space replenishment following visual merchandising guidelines with flexibility.
5. Picking goods for customers within the agreed time frame to ensure excellent service.
6. Certifying the operation of powered mobile equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
7. Handling goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
8. Operating scanner equipment and inventory management systems.
9. Fostering an environment where IKEA's culture is vibrant and embraces diversity among co-workers and customers.

Qualifications

1. At least 5 years of experience in high-volume warehouse operations or receiving/replenishment roles.
2. Certification in at least one powered mobile equipment (e.g., forklift, electric pallet jack) is preferred.
