Sodexo and the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada are seeking a Retail Manager 2 to lead daily retail operations, elevate service excellence, and create an exceptional dining experience for patients, visitors, and staff.

In this hands-on role you will manage people, set direction, deploy resources, coach frontline teams, oversee cash handling and POS accuracy, and partner with vendors to keep products flowing while upholding safety and sanitation standards.
