Job Summary

As a Retail Food Service Manager, you will support the Director in the overall success of the operation and oversee small retail kiosk operations. Responsibilities include adhering to client culture, regulations, and company policies, as well as motivating, training, and directing staff to meet customer and client satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily service operations.
• Plan and supervise special functions, maintain cash controls, payroll, and oversee hiring.
• Direct and train staff for retail services.
• Complete required reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail operational management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or related food service fields.
• Retail marketing experience is preferred.
• Experience with cash retail operations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Associates degree preferred.
