Salary: $58,000 - $62,000 / year based on experience.

Job Summary:

As a Retail Food Service Manager, you will support the Director in the overall success of the operation, oversee small retail kiosk operations, and ensure adherence to client culture, guidelines, health regulations, and company policies. You will motivate, train, develop, and direct staff to meet operational objectives and ensure customer and client satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day service operations.
  2. Plan and supervise special functions, maintain cash controls and payroll records, oversee hiring.
  3. Train staff to provide scheduled retail services.
  4. Complete daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of retail operational management experience.
  • Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or related food service fields.
  • Retail marketing experience is preferred.
  • Experience with cash retail operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet skills.
  • An Associate's degree is preferred.
