Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store operations.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Organize and rotate stock, ensure proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Coach Associates on merchandising principles and store processes.
• Maintain cleanliness, backroom organization, and safety compliance.
