• Organize truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure items are tagged, hung, secured, and coded correctly.
• Support management with priorities and provide progress updates.
• Promote safety, labor laws compliance, and shrink reduction initiatives.
