Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Key Holder or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and sales skills to drive revenue.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert product advice and ensure customers have the right fit.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing.
• Mentor team members in entry-level retail skills.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets.
• Execute merchandising plans and restock products.
• Oversee stock, inventory routines, and address operational needs.
