Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service management and guidance to shoppers.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing as needed and uphold security standards.
• Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail activities and sales.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets through effective selling.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain a clean, inviting store.
• Oversee stock and inventory in collaboration with store management.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth customer experience.
