Job summary

Buckle in Oklahoma City is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising, and daily operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates, and model outstanding guest service.

The role encompasses coaching teammates, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring loss prevention and POS procedures are followed while delivering a top-notch shopping experience for every Guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist in merchandising, cashiering, and store operations as directed.
• Lead by example, develop Teammates, and support Store Manager and Leadership Team.
