Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service leadership and ensure great shopping experiences.
• Supervise daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Mentor team members in basic sales and store tasks.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets.
• Execute merchandising plans and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock/inventory and coordinate with management.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues to ensure smooth operations.
