Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous Key Holder/Shift Leader or retail supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service expertise and product guidance to ensure fitting options and a positive experience.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and safety standards.
• Lead and coach team members in sales, customer service and daily tasks.
• Assist in achieving store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock inventory and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory with store management and address operational needs.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues to ensure smooth shopping experiences.
