Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in the United States is seeking a Key Lead to supervise floor operations, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive daily store performance focused on customer experience and sales.

The role requires a part-time schedule (12–16 hours weekly) with weekend availability, plus scaled hours during peak periods. You will work on the sales floor, manage opening/closing routines, and contribute to brand goals.

Qualifications

• Lead floor operations by guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is preferred, not required.
• Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and energetic, proactive attitude.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines executed to start and end shifts.
• Operate register/ POS systems and process transactions.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders for customers.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays across the store.
• Analyze store reports to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
