Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in the United States seeks a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure quality in-store experiences and drive daily sales.

The role involves opening/closing routines, operating POS, fulfilling omni-channel orders, maintaining visuals, analyzing reports, and upholding brand values. Schedule roughly 12-16 hours weekly with weekend availability and peak-time increases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required, but leadership of groups or teams is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
