Job summary

GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA is accepting applications for a Sales Floor Lead to supervise daily store operations and drive sales performance. You will act as a supervisor when assigned by the Store Manager or Sales Floor Manager and help ensure a clean, safe, and well-merchandised store environment.

The role requires potential candidates to be able to read and communicate clearly in English, with a minimum of 6 months supervisory experience or 90 days in the service industry.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 6 months supervisory experience or a minimum of 90 days in the service industry.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Prior work experience in the service industry preferred.
• Must successfully complete Retail training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and sales performance to meet or exceed budget.
• Perform duties of a supervisor when assigned by Store Manager or Sales Floor Manager.
• Stock the sales floor adequately and maintain a clean, presentable store environment.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of store areas and assist with merchandising and displays.
