Job summary

Marshalls in Warren, MI is hiring for a store associate focused on floor care and maintaining a clean, organized environment. You will operate floor care equipment, mop, sweep, and ensure safety and loss prevention standards are followed.

The role requires excellent customer service, flexibility, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Prior retail experience is preferred.

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass/windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Communicate accurately with management and associates.
• Support Front End coverage and uphold merchandising standards.
