Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate for TJ Maxx in Mechanicsburg to maintain a clean, safe store environment and support floor care operations including scrubber and buffer use.

You will engage customers, assist in multiple store areas, and uphold company policies and loss prevention standards. Key responsibilities include operating floor equipment, adhering to safety guidelines, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer; dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot-clean glass and windows.
• Follow health and safety policies; support multiple store areas as needed.
• Cross-train in Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor and other areas; support Front End coverage as needed.
• Adhere to merchandising and signage standards; participate in store recovery and loss prevention controls.
