The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented store associate for TJ Maxx in Oviedo, FL. You will maintain a clean store environment, focusing on floor care, and operate cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and buffers.

The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to cross-train in multiple areas of the store. You should be capable of multitasking, have good communication, and be comfortable with physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer; mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass/windows.
• Follow health, safety, and loss-prevention policies; assist across store areas as needed.
• Support Front End coverage and uphold merchandising signage standards.
• Contribute to store recovery and maintain recovery standards throughout the day.
• Communicate effectively with management and Associates.
